Recording: Mobilizing Tourism to Halve Food Waste

The Global Roundtable on Mobilizing Tourism to Halve Food Waste Through Recipe of Change took place on the International Day of Zero Waste, drawing more than 400 live participants and reflecting strong global interest in addressing food waste across the tourism sector.
During the event, the Recipe of Change Initiative was officially launched under the One Planet Sustainable Tourism Programme. Through the initiative, stakeholders will measure food waste in their operations and implement operational and behavioural solutions in support of Sustainable Development Goal 12.3, which targets a halving of food waste by 2030.
