Master’s in International Tourism Management (14th Edition) | Rey Juan Carlos University, Spain

Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) in Madrid is accepting pre-registrations for the 14th edition of its Master’s in International Tourism Management, an official postgraduate programme that has established itself as one of the leading tourism degrees in Spain. Pre-registration closes on 24 June 2026, with places still available.

The programme is structured across two terms. The first introduces a new module in cultural heritage, covering management, sustainability, and the application of new technologies in heritage contexts. The second focuses on tourism industry management, with coursework in human resources, marketing, consultancy, and revenue management. Both terms are complemented by training in research methodologies and lead to the preparation of a Master’s thesis. An optional internship at leading companies in the tourism sector is available alongside the academic programme.

International pathways and partnerships

Students may pursue a double degree through one-term Erasmus+ placements at either the University of Savoie-Mont Blanc or the University of Sorbonne in France. Those who complete the international pathway receive a UNESCO-UNITWIN Network diploma in addition to their URJC qualification. The academic team comprises faculty from URJC alongside senior professionals from the tourism industry.
