Tourism Review Special Issue: Tourism and Hospitality Marketing in the AI and Robotic Era

Tourism Review has issued a call for papers for a themed special issue on 'Tourism and Hospitality Marketing in the AI and Robotic Era'. The issue is co-edited by Professor Dimitrios Buhalis, Professor Ioannis Assiouras, and Professor Faye Hao.

The special issue is linked with the 2027 Global Marketing Conference in Tokyo. It welcomes submissions from researchers working on artificial intelligence, robotics, smart services, digital marketing, consumer experience, and human-computer interaction in tourism and hospitality contexts.

Topics of interest include how AI is influencing tourist decisions, how service robots are reshaping brand experiences, and the new opportunities created by smart recommendations, virtual humans, digital employees, and human-machine interaction.
