Call for Papers – IRSSM 14

The submission deadline for the 14th International Research Symposium in Service Management (IRSSM 14) is approaching. Hosted online by Ankara University, Türkiye, the symposium runs from 14–17 July 2026 under the theme “Rethinking Service Management in Emerging Economies: Sustainability, Digital, and Societal Impact.”

IRSSM 14 welcomes high-quality conceptual and empirical research across a broad range of service management topics. Alongside paper presentations, the symposium features research workshops designed to support collaboration, mentorship, and academic development — with particular attention to early-career researchers.
