IMPACT2026, the conference on Transforming Hospitality and Tourism for Sustainable Future, takes place at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 6 to 8 December 2026, jointly organised by the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, the Research Centre for Digital Transformation of Tourism, and the Co-Star SHARE Center.
The conference is designed as a platform for industry executives, government officials, and academics to interact on transformational trends, share research findings, and explore creative strategies. Its central question is how the hospitality and tourism industries can harness digital transformation in service of sustainability and long-term resilience.

Presentations may be delivered as oral presentations or as poster presentations. Chinese-language abstracts and papers are also considered for presentation. All submissions are made via EasyChair.
